Yesterday wasn't too bad except I have to admit to being ill prepared and so I don't think I went totally raw - I had a smoothie with soy milk (soy isn't 'raw' is it?) and a nana and ice. Kept me going for quite some time actually! Then for lunch I was strapped for time and only had time to get a salad from across the road - but it had cooked sweet potato and cheese in it! Whoops
The best meal of today was the fresh salad I just made myself - completely raw. I will take this day as an 'easing into it' day.
So all in all quite ok. I suppose I know that it's really only for a few days, and I'm still eating things, not like the lemon detox which is just all liquid!
