Prepared!

Brekkie: a narni, a kiwi fruit, half a cup of water melon and water - sooooo yum! Its amazing how frothy it came out you just don't need the milk at all! And at 10am I'm still full....
Aaaand: Lunch. I managed to include the amazing "Brazil nut cheese" as the dip though I added some avocado to it....
